MusicDiva Mariah Carey was on a music video shoot when she dislocated her shoulder and cracked a rib..
She was said to be on a marble surface when she had a big fall that caused her injuries..She's been in hospital and now been released to go home..
Mariah's Husband Nick who was directing the video and was also on set when the fall happened also speaks on the incident.. see Video below..
